The Drone Queen has unleashed a new toy on the world, and a very transformable one at that.
I've been working on a lot of projects since February, but animating her takes just as much time and attention to detail; and since you have to do it with multiple characters, you go from the hundredth to the thousandth. And that takes time.
Furry Transformation is a not-so-silent passion of mine, unfortunately I can't go the "whole way", so I'm forced to make a - grudgingly - minimal compromise on the shape of the NOSE in order to upload it :(
I hope you'll forgive me, unfortunately I'm still not able to edit the "user shapekeys" with Blender as accurately as I'd like, so most of it is pure eyeballing, and still morphable in many ways, but please keep in mind that most of it is purely cosmetic:
- Feet/toes and blades only work when the bone nodes are in the null position!

Pro-tip: I designed the ears and tails to match the size and position of the parts, so you can have these appendages morph in the secne and switch to the physical version with a quick change.

I'm pretty sure you can post the "whole way" transformation on the discord or share a dropbox link at least. Either way, kuddos for the interesting idea for a model, you really went all out with adding customization options. Cheers!
