Gizmo Snapping and direct Rot&Pos entry.

Please add gizmo snapping for rotation and position. Have the increments visible in preferences.

Would also like to be able to enter global and local rotation and position values directly when I have a part selected.

These would help me a lot when trying to consistently get things aligned the way I want when I'm making poses or interactions.

For rotation you can currently hold Control to rotate in increments.
