bone chain variations
For example, adding the option to have a bone chain with two fixed ends.
This would come in handy when making complex garments like dresses with areas where cloth hangs down, bow and guitar strings and so on.

that's a great idea! that way we could parent 1 prop to 2 different nodes or surfaces. For example, 2 nodes (arms, legs, etc.) of the character connected through an object, or a body part being bound to a surface while the character is moving (in interactions), something like the leg spacer in YL1.
