Hermaphrodite gender option
Just figured I want to bring this up:
Would it be possible to have vagina and shaft simultaneously active on a character as an additional gender option?

about this why not instead of a new gender we get ability to use/make/import custom bases we have or make as base model for body instead of using a already made body type in the game
aka have ability to make characters with body types not originally from the game itself like we import custom body types
