Fixed belly button
I'm not sure how much would this be doable but changing the spine sizes or pelvis sizes disfigures the navel shape when the belly gets inflated, which doesn't look all that great

Best solution I've found for when this happens is using Custom Offsets, smoothing out the rough bits in Blender.
