Adding the option to be able to queueing up multiple characters to be exported so a user doesn't have to load each character individually to then export.

I would absolutely love this. It would save a lot of time not having to go through the whole process with all my characters every time there's an update.
The big annoyance for me is the export file dialog doesn't start in %APPDATA%\FurryVNE\Characters and I keep having to copy/paste the path in every time I export.
But yeah, bulk export would be great, like "bulk import folder" and "bulk export folder" in the preferences so it just runs through every file while you go do laundry or something.
