Place "Female" in the tags at least!
You should try Decimating the scarf to reduce verticies, its a nice scarf.
You do not need 2 ears as parts, you can activate it as a mirror. Why DO you have 2 ear parts?
@Craket I have two ear parts for independent movement from each other. otherwise one ear will clip through her hat.

It does not matter much how things are placed in edit mode, in pose mode you can still move the other mirror ear independently. Which should also be the case for when interactions come out (I hope).
One tip I have that I've noticed with a couple of your uploads is that the first screenshot you capture for the upload will be the thumbnail used on the main page. As a result, it's hard to tell at a glance what some of your characters (such as this one) even look like from the search page. Kinda looks like we're playing "Who's That Pokemon?"
