1. Content Ownership and Responsibility

• User Collaboration and Modifications: Any character or interaction you upload to the platform may be downloaded and modified by other users. This means the original creator will always be credited as the source of the initial creation.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, or privacy laws).

2. Prohibited Content

3. Character Restrictions

• Only anthropomorphic characters (characters with human-like features but based on animals, mythical creatures, or other non-human entities) are allowed on the platform.
• Human characters or depictions of real people are strictly prohibited. This includes any content resembling or representing real individuals, either alive or deceased.
• Only bipedal (walking upright on two legs) characters are allowed.
• Feral (quadrupedal) characters are strictly prohibited.
• Depictions of minors are strictly prohibited.

4. Adult Content

• Adult content (including nudity or sexually explicit material) is permitted, provided it complies with applicable laws and is not harmful, abusive, or intended to offend.
• Such content must be properly tagged or categorized to ensure that users can make informed choices about what they view.
• Material involving depiction of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of content and termination of the offending account.
• We reserve the right to remove any adult content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these guidelines.

5. No Liability for User-Generated Content

• We, the developers of the platform, cannot be held liable for any content uploaded by users. The views and opinions expressed in user-generated content do not reflect those of our platform or team.
• While we strive to review and moderate content, we are not responsible for monitoring or controlling all user submissions.

6. Content Removal and Account Termination
