Meet Victoria. Shes an Orca, and one of Penny's closest friends. They shared an evening the night before the boating accident. The whole time Penny was in the hospital, Victoria never left her side. they've been in an open relationship ever since.

When not lounging around the beach or wandering looking for partners, Victoria can be found reading or working as a lifeguard.
