Oyosew Caedwalla
Oyosew is a self-taught shaman, living a bohemian lifestyle as she chases knowledge of the spirit world, and the material world, but the later is typically easier to acquire. She's all too willing to talk about Philosophy, and has bored at least one person to tears.
An avid dancer and passable mezzo-soprano, she enjoys the simple pleasures of life, except when it comes to food; she can be a bit of a gourmand. When threatened, she will issue a deafening bellow, smack whatever's threatening her upside the head, and flee at high speeds.
Criticism is welcome. Always looking to improve.

it's a really clean one. clean things is what i lack my things are always a bit glitchy due to their complexity and my lack of experience.
maybe a normal map for having a skin texture ? a light one will do the job.

I'd attribute the cleanliness to simplicity, as you said, but also being willing to spend way too much time polishing things. Your willingness, and success, in executing complex designs is a feat in its own right. I'm sure as you learn more you will strike the right balance.
As for normal maps, I think you're onto something. The yellows, and to a lesser extent the red/oranges appear too smooth and flat. Not 100% sure how to fix that with the detail texture slot filled, but there's probably a way. Even a noise map could help address it. If you have any advice on this, let me know on discord.
