My first real attempt at advanced fluff work. I feel I'm getting better.
Updated 2020-08-28:
Added detailed map to decrease fur texture.
Added fluff on tail.
Decreased shine on nips and peen.
Changed a few mask groups.
Extra pose.
Increased penis tilt.
Unbiggened nose.
Removed whiskers (they were nice but ultimately unnecessary).

Awesome! Love the hair! Another good looking male in the cloud.
But I am not going to lie, he looked like a rodent to me at first glance.
Anyways, I find the detail mask to be too rough. I would advice to make a DetailMask Layer and turn down the maskvalue down to 0.3 or something. Additionally, have an operation mask (screen mode) that collects the nipples and mouth areas, inverse it and use the mask for the detailmask layer. That way, nipples wont look odd.
Oh! And you can still add fluff to his tail, similar to how you did it with his legs and elbows. I think you did those pretty good and could be done on the tail!
Its up to you!
Great work on the hair and fluff. Like @Craket said great to have a good looking male in the cloud now.
I thought he was a weasel because of the nose. I think to make him look more wolf-like, extend the snout a little or at least make the nose smaller. His penis and nipples are pretty shiny so I'd turn that down a tad otherwise they look plastic.
Otherwise, he looks great!
Thank you for your impute @Craket & @kittysasha.
My first design was meant to be a rat or mouse so I take that as a complement. I scarped it because the cat tail was the only option that would have worked with my idea but I hate how it sticks strait out from the body. Give me a tail with points of articulation and I'll start making rodent characters.
As for everything else, I agree with you and I appreciate your advice.
