These little parasites are but the tiniest of the many degenerate inventions of the Lazy Lord. This fat pig created them using the alchemy of blood. And these little monsters will attack any living creature with a hole. They cling to their victims like leeches until the body fluids are drained. These living materials were brought back to Belphegor to be used in his various shadowy creations.
But Belphegor also sells non-invasive medullary worms to people who want to have fun. Instead of actively draining their host's body fluids, they share their feelings with the host. And the host will get more variety in the gameplay. But that's only if you feed him. This little vampire eats nothing but blood, semen and urine.

Previous versions
The original design of this thing was to make a two-way plug. Meaning, you can shove it in the middle of two characters having intercourse. You just need to adjust the position in the coupling to minimize the speed and distance. This allows it to "glue" to the character.

Attention! If you're coupling this thing to another character's vagina or sheath and there's a bad distortion. Please open the soft body directory for this thing and check the options for "ASS.R" and" ASS.L "repeatedly. That solves the problem. Anal coupling does not present this problem.
