而塔罗牌，便是其凡世的一种魔法技艺。其主要目的便在如今被众天使所抛弃的时代里预测混沌无常的命运。但四骑士并不会回应此种取巧的骗子艺术。但地狱会。恶魔也会。塔罗牌昭示着欲望的延申。而最终回应这些被揭示的命运的事物则只能是地狱七圣了。Belphegor，Leviathan，Beelzebub，Sadan，Asmodeus，Mammon，Lucifer。而塔罗牌中的大阿卡那牌一共有22张。除去作为“愚者”的阿蒙，其余的命运道路则各被地狱七圣人持有三个位置。这22位持有者被叫做“命运执政官”。可以自由往返地狱和凡世，决定世界的命运。

而56张小阿卡那牌的权利持有者则都是由执政官和七圣人由自己选出来的。他们不属于七圣人中的任何一位麾下。他们只会听从执政官的指令，去将更细节和微末的命运实现。他们并非来自地狱的恶魔一般，他们在凡世被杀死就会真正死亡。而其他自地狱而来的恶魔只是会被放逐。他们大多都是自凡人中被挑选出来，因命运的权利和职责化为半恶魔。他们可以被凡人的召唤仪式所召唤，并且凡人可以与他们交易来实现他们想要的命运和事物。他们会是任何人。在他们死后，权柄的归属则又会被重新分配。而这其实也是7圣人和22大阿卡那恶魔为数不多的乐趣了。而"星币 Ⅵ"便是由怠惰之主持有。而它也在一场仪式中被成功赋予给了一位巨龙的遗族。

不过这个家伙相比于其他的小阿卡那恶魔来说，他的力量和权利都大得多。不过也更多受到Belphegor的制约。其实这也正如“星币 Ⅵ”所昭示的命运一般。受他人限制。又限制他人。
