In the new frontier of space, law is spread thin in distant galaxies. Thus, governments outsource their justice to mercenaries and bounty hunters. Since this operating style of the justice system is reminiscent of the Wild West, and the general emptiness of space is why many call this era, "The 2nd Wild West." But for Riley Winters, this is his chance to make a name for himself.
