Report: 532
Subject No. 15
Race/Gender/Age: Fox, Male, 20
Observations:
Subject shows high mental acuity and promising control of his abilities. However, due to chronic respiratory damage and concerning psychological evaluations, it is unlikely that this candidate will meet the desired minimum requirements. Disposal of subject is recommend and will be requested through the proper channels, following the end of this report.
Observed History:
After subject was injected with Serum#--- at age 7, subject would show signs of abilities such as telekinesis, thought projection, and ability to travel to an unknown space or unknown "dimension."
Twice a week, subject will be ran through a series of trials or tests to build and hone abilities to acceptable parameters. Before each test, subject would be injected with Serum#--- to strengthen and control its grasp on its abilities.
While Serum#--- was theoretically the strongest compound, an oversight was observed that the compound reacted adversely to the respiratory system, causing damage over time after prolonged use.
Serum#147 was developed as a replacement to the previous serum, eliminating the risk of respiratory damage, at a cost of a minor drop in strength.
After Serum#147 was first injected into the subject, subject began to show signs of psychosis and extreme aggression. Subject then killed 2 guards, who were attempting to sedate the subject. After some time, the subject had fallen unconscious and returned to a seemingly normal cognitive state.
During the event, some individuals reported hearing the crying of a child somewhere within the facility, but never locating the source of the crying. A rare few even state they could see a faint white figure sitting, curled up, when they closed their eyes. In the accounts of those interviewed, who saw the figure, it is believed the figure is either some split projection of the subject, or a younger sibling of the subject that was never documented. We are unsure why or how the subject created an intangible being but psychologists noted that the subject appears to have the goal to protect it.
Psychological:
In the psychological evaluations from Dr.-----, the subject shows unsatisfactory traits and tendencies. The traits stated are as follows: Distrust in others, empathy, selfless. The subject had tendencies of aggression towards the guards and researchers. However, no such tendencies were observed while Dr.----- was in the presence of the subject, and even evidence of bonding between Dr.----- and the subject was discovered. An official request had been made to remove Dr.----- has been made under the suspicion of treason and obstructing national research efforts.
In regards to the subject and their response to Serum#147, this subject is the only one to illicit a response of that magnitude, and given the subject's outlier psychological reports, it is believed that the subject is unstable and unfit for further testing.
(If you're wondering, this character draws heavy inspiration to Stranger Things, Changed, and SCP.)

A psycher? Interesting... To the world, such people are a door, a kind of fuel, and a sacrifice.
It is unknown where the power he has acquired comes from? From Hell? From Heaven? Or from the starry sky that is beyond the comprehension of mortals? It is quite intriguing.
