Standard Moki from the Ori series.
It has a garment to toggle his privates so you can swap between a SFW and a NSFW model.
This character is to be considered a parody fan made model, made and uploaded on my private account. This character belongs to its respective IP holder and I have no intention of monetarily profiting off of it nor will I ever claim it as my own, thank you.
It seems like you intended to give this Moki a barbed penis, but the barbs appear to have... floated away. You may want to check on that.
UPDATE: it seems that unchecking "scale with source" fixes the problem. This seems like a bug.

Thanks for the info!
One known issue was that entering pose mode causes offsets on shaft appendages.
This issue got resolved with the latest build (10.09.25) however, I would have to correct the orientation of the barbs one more time anyway.
That "scale with source" causes this might be another follow-up issue so I'll take care of that soon.
Was hoping the October 2025 update might fix this issue, but no luck.

Finally found the real reason where this is coming from. Next patch version will fix it.
