Ignis Firellis, the rough and tumble leader of the Blood Scales, one of the families that run and watch over the RLD.

Despite his intimidating appearance and stature, Ignis and the Blood Scales have a reputation of being the true protectors of the less fortunate residents of the RLD. Many of the Blood Scales see Ignis as a father figure, an image only further fostered by his habit up picking up any "stray" he comes across and adding them to the family.

Two such recent additions to the family (though they haven't quite come to the realization yet) happen to include a delinquent wolf with some unique abilities, and a happy-go-lucky tigress with a penchant for piercings. The legitimate business front of the Blood Scales is the well-known club and brothel Foxhole. Ignis also utilizes the establishment to serve as room and board for many of the Blood Scales newer family members, until they can get housing of their own. The delinquent wolf Merra and her tigress partner Raksha count themselves among the newest residents, courtesy of Ignis, in appreciation for their efforts to help improve and protect the RLD.
