Meet Wyx, the foul-mouthed host, desk clerk, and occasional bouncer of the Foxhole.

Her journey to that position was an interesting one. She was raised by a pair of Kobolds as a child in the suburbs of Scaleborough located right outside of Anthropolis, after being left on their doorstep in the middle of the night. Alongside her in the cradle her adoptive parents found her in, was a note. Attached to the note appeared to be 2 dragon scales, one a brilliant emerald green, the other a blood red crimson. The note itself was short and read as such:

"Her name is Wyx. She is loved, and because we love her, she should have a chance at a life that doesn't come with having to look over her back everyday of it. We hope to see her again one day, and once she's old enough and if she wants the same, tell her she can begin by coming to the RLD. Neither you or she should fear for her coming to this place. It, and the strength to conquer it are in her blood."

Perplexed but intrigued by the note, the couple stashed it and the scales away in the basement of their home. They figured by the time Wyx was old enough to make the decision it spoke of, they would know whether or not they should even show it to her to begin with. One thing quickly became clear however, the "strength" the note said flowed through Wyx's blood was very real. While she lacked wings and could have possibly passed for a kobold with some draconic ancestry somewhere in the family tree, she grew at the same speed and accumulated strength as a dragon child would. Draconic markings also began appearing across her body, indicating she came from a powerful bloodline. By the time she was old enough to talk, she could already lift one of her adoptive parents. By the time she entered grade high school, she was stronger than most the male anthe's of any species in their school. By graduation, she had broken every strength training record in the Scaleborough academic history.

Seeing that the decision the note had warned of appeared inevitable, the kobold couple Miriam and Marlo showed the note to their daughter, along with the red and green dragon scales. They'd long ago told her she was adopted, and she had never once felt like there were any other anthe's on the planet she would ever call her parents. Their love was infinite and unconditional. Wyx's only interest in pursing the information from the note came from wanting to understand a past she was only now learning she had.

With her parents blessing and aid, Wyx found an apartment for rent within the RLD above a popular club called The Foxhole. Fortune appeared to smile upon her doubly, as they were also looking to fill an open position at the club for a host and front desk clerk. Wyx eagerly accepted the position, and with her absurd strength even offered to be emergency security should the need arise. Happy to have found such readily and conveniently located employment, with her logistical needs met Wyx began her investigation of the RLD.
