Meet Kami the Whispering Cheer, ancient guardian spirit of the Coochie Springs Forest and holy Sky Temple!

The myths and legends surrounding the Coochie Springs Forest, and adjoining mountain range are legion. Untold numbers of otherworldly creatures and spirits are said to inhabit the massive expanse, but few more well known than that of the Whispering Cheer. Natives of the forest, ranges, and preserve know her to be a benevolent spirit of protection and fertility and have lived along side her for centuries.

Further confirming her presence, numerous reports of a sensual, soothing, whispering voice have been made by anthe's not native to the forest and preserve for decades. One commonality among all the reporting individuals is that they were lost within the forest or ranges, having mistakenly wandered off marked trails or gotten separated from their guides. They would recount how the voice led them back to paths or towards native settlements or the Preserve Community.

Some anthe's lost for multiple days would also report a common dream experienced during the darkest hours of the night. A cool bright light would make its way to them through the darkness, eventually taking the shape of a beautiful diminutive she-wolf. She would have fur as white and cool as the driven snow that falls upon the Sky Temple, in the highest mountain ranges of the Coochie Springs. Ruby red markings adorned her from head to toe. She would offer them comfort and solace in their dreams, and show them the way to the path they sought, or the nearest settlement should no path be near.

The especially distraught, reported her offering the comfort of physical touch such as a warm paw upon the shoulder, holding each other's paws or hand, a warm and comforting embrace. Additionally, for any that found her otherworldly beauty too captivating to resist, she would willing and happily engage in acts of intimacy. Those who reported of engaging with the spirit in an intimate nature during their dream, or the even rarer instance of full physical manifestation, said they would awake the following day refreshed and brimming with unbelievable levels of energy and endurance. This state would last them until they found their way back to civilization, following the path the spirit showed them. Consequently, those same individuals if they had been looking to sire offspring, also found themselves incredibly fertile for the following several years after the encounter with the spirit.

For these reasons, all that report meeting the spirit either through dreams, her soothing voice, or even the exceedingly rare physical manifestation, say they know her to be a being of love, protection, and life. All would awake to or hear the same final message from the spirit as they safely left the Coochie Springs, "To all who hold life dear, in my domain you need never fear. Simply call and find me near, Kami of the Whispering Cheer".
