Kesteran
A new big man from my random thoughts, meet Kesteran (Or Kes, or Ran); a towering freak of a dragon with little to no shame. Kess is a "Service Top" working in the brothel of the RLD, where people request him to rearrange their organs, acquire a lengthy maternity leave, or both. He always treats his clients with respect through his dominant persona, after all, a good experience would mean returning clients!
He is a lot more observant than he seems and is far from a muscle-brained himbo people tend to think him as, lending him a somewhat snarky personality that can come off abrasive at first to some, but he isn't truly mean. And don't let his job description think he's only good for topping, he is more than happy to tend to clients other needs before he does his job.
Kesteran is best friends with Laeli, whom the two met whilst she was working at the opposite brothel and had a literal dick measuring contest, whereby Lei soundly trounced him. That didn't stop them from seeing each other and the two quickly formed a friendship with benefits, both taking turns on who gets to top the other and often like to catch up on each others lays. (Notably, Kess has grown since, and now beats Lei in the length department)
Of course walking around with a third leg and watermelons for balls can be tiresome, so he's often seen in his compression thong. Be careful, they're under a lot of pressure!
He was fun to make! After the initial burn of wondering how the hell I was going to fix him, I think he came out exceedingly well! He will continue to be tweaked until I am absolutely happy with him
Updates 2026-02-24:
An alternate version has been uploaded that tries to fix some of the issues of the first. This includes a considerable downsize of the arms without sacrificing the proportions I'd like. I also decided to double up on the normal map to make the muscles seem more defined too.
Huge clothing update and a few more tweaks to the body. It's definitely better than before.

Tweaked the thong, added a bracelet fixed some of the poses for the screenshots. Also improved his top, and replaced his shorts with longs because honestly is just fits more. I'll consider making the pants have different blendshapes to make the shorts in the future
I noticed there was an issue with the alpha dithering on the fishnet when the character moves as it was set to PBR and not PBR_Transparent. Since this would cause rendering issues with the top (Also set to PBR_T), I have decided to make the fishnet transparent and the top opaque with a transfer layer to simulate transparent clothes.
This only sacrifices nipple detail for a far more convincing stretched shirt effect imo.
This will be the last one, I promise. I just wanted to make his arms longer so he can reach his cock better, but then it threw his entire body out of proportion, so then I had to make his legs longer, but now he doesn't fit in the lockerroom standing tall unless he's under a skylight, so screw it, he looks nicer.

I lied. I had a funny idea for the thong and it needed to be done. A custom shaft was also added, modifying the base horse cock slightly.

There was a very slight inconsistency with width across the cock. Also added a shapekey for the chaps to remove the straps so they're no longer floating if you just want them on but no top. After messing around, I also noticed his colours were significantly darker, so I decided to make it more vibrant. He should look much more lively!

Wide framed characters with rather thick arms tend to not play well when posing said arms, especially in the shoulder department. The bottom of his chest also flexes weirdly when crunching, and same also applies to the neck (Though I think I have an idea to fixing this one.)
Custom Weights and Rigs is in regards to mesh weight and skeleton which is what allows a 3D model to move and flex. It is nothing to do with gym equipment.

I think I can see what you mean since character mesh don't have dymanic muscles they always stay "inflated". For chest you can try playing with physics such as jiggliness and gravity and also try bra physics override for posing if needed

Honestly the way I make clothes is super simple lmao. Basically just copying the body mesh I want to cover, adding a solidify modifier to make it solid (sometimes a shrink wrap mod is added if things get too hectic and a mirror mod to make sure both sides is) and then sculpting it and cleaning up the mesh in a certain way and then add small features if clothes have them (Like pockets, or belt loops, or straps, etc.)
It works wonders for skin tight and stretched out clothes, but this was the first time where I tried to model and sculpt the pants legs separately to get a baggy effect, and it seemed to have worked well!
A majority of the work is being done by the texture and colour work though, even adding a slight fabric texture to add some noise. For some of my previous characters I'd deliberately drawn on stitches to add a little more detail, even if it was rather terribly drawn; it adds detail if used sparingly and well.
