Adopted from an orphanage at the tender age of 3, Calico was taken in by a kind lion couple, and raised alongside their daughter Bala. As Calico grew, she became very close to her older sister and they both discovered a love of rock, punk, and alternative music in high school. They even formed their own band and played in their school's prom as the headliners. After she graduated, Calico knew she wanted to pursue music as a career, and moved to the city with her older adopted sister Bala. In addition to music, Bala discovered she had talent as a bartender and helped Calico get a job at one of the bars she worked at, and coincidentally the most popular one in the whole of the RLD, Instincts! Together the two have continued working to improve their musical talent in their free time and are currently recruiting for their new band, the The Harlequins!

Most nights you can find Calico working at Instincts to help pay for her half of the rent, or out at different bars with Bala recruiting for the band.
