ive looked back at some of your stuff, when you change the scale, you "should" also change the masks some. so for this one, you can go to coloration>masks>inner ear. move that mask around. or resize/reshape it a bit. i myself do a lot of body shape changes to amazonion or ath2/muscle builds, then back to shorties so that helped me a bit on the finishing of my re-fits.
