A polar bear who comes from a city on tall, cold mountain. It snows there so much and is so beautify decorated that you could say it's like Christmas every day there.

She always loved playing in the snow and is great with children. She's the best at snowball fights in particular, being able to make ones as big as her head an throw them with the force of cannons! There was one incident in which she almost decapitated a guy when she threw such a snowball at him as a joke. She's still sorry for that.

She's a great swimmer, being a polar bear and all, and once saved a kid from drowning in a frozen lake...that she herself broke when she tried to skate on it, unaware that it was too thin to withstand her weight.

Blizzie's favorite song is Snow Halation from Love Live! and traditionally sings it during Christmas Eve with a group of Carolers.
