-The mantle is acting all weird in pose mode. Not sure what that is all about.

-I Really like what you did with the custom offset + mask/colours. Dividing up the fur parts from the skin bits looks really REALLY cool. Love the idea.
You should maybe add some kind of texture to the dark skin bits to diversify it a little bit. Just looks uncannily smooth (Light skin bits look good all smooth and shiny).

-I reduced the size of the breasts and just In My Opinion the character looked better. I think ive said this before to someone else, but the breast size being so big tends to hide away the rest of the contents of the character and their shape. For Calliope, it kinda goes against her butterfly motif. They just look heavy to a percieved light character. Big breasts look mostly alright on characters who have a general theme of being big, lumpy and busty or whatever. But that is just mah oopinione.

-As soon as I noticed the patterns on the wings, I loved them instantly.
But uh, I think (THINK) I found an issue. Left and Right sides of the wings arent equal I believe. I think one has the meshes wrapped inverse. Cus, I was about to say that I was impressed to how the right wing seems bleed light, meaning you could see the shadow of her arm passing through it. But then I noticed the other side does not do that, and usually with me, its the result of the textures are actually pointing inwards, meaning light and shadows generate on the other side of the inverted unrwapped object. **BUT I dont think this is that big of a problem, and I fear if you will try to fix it, youl end up with a head ache trying to. (Ctrl+shift+N while verts selected in edit or uv mode in blender is my solution).

-Good fur. Not a lot of people actually comb the butt. I think even I forgot it once.

Over all... Very good! I like her a lot!

The mantle is something I'm aware of but have no idea how to fix. The origin is set to geometry and moved to around 0,0,0. It's snapped to the neck bone here. I considered making it a garment instead of a part but then I'd lose the fur option which is entirely why it exists. If anyone knows how to address this, I'd love to hear it.

The chitin/fur separation was one of the ideas that got me started on this project in the first place. After a lot of fiddling around with it manually, I realized I could create a texture mask that would conform 100% to the fur by making a texture paint layer from vertex paint, which looks very clean and I'm delighted to hear others like it too! Adding some more texture to the chitinous bits is a good idea, and that'll be included in the next iteration. I spent a lot of time trying to incorporate ridges in the face as part of a custom offset before I gave up and just used a texture, but now I'm thinking an AO map may be the best way to approach that, as well as any lines on the body that should be included. So, I'll have to teach myself that next.

And credit where its due, I followed your guide to fur authoring, so thank you again for that!

I think you're right on reducing the breast size a bit. At .35, they just seem a bit cumbersome and do not really blend into the aesthetic. User preference aside, people will be able to adjust those values as they wish, but I think in the next iteration they'll be smaller by default.

As for the wings, I've had so many setbacks and do overs on this project that any more of them is just par for the course so I'm going to try your solution out and then a few others. The only thing I don't want to do is redraw the design because that took quite some time. The see through effect is what I'm going for, but ultimately I'll go with whatever produces uniform results.

Also, smaller breasts will make clothes easier since once I figure out how to do that, I was thinking a backless black cocktail dress would look absolutely charming on her. Figuring out keyframes for the wings, if that's even possible with the current system, will be be tricky, so I really need to make sure they are correct in all ways that matter before moving on.
