This being my first post here, any criticism would be greatly appreciated.

As far as criticism goes I don't really know what to pinpoint since you do seem to have your vision down and solid on her - She's a slender, purple Alpaca alright and you seem to have your fur and fluff game in shape.
My advise is that you could try to play with gradient masks for various highlights such as tips of the ears or point of the nose etc to go over to a more light pinkish coloration or, if you feel bold a light tint on the yellow gradient to simulate sun shading.
