Teeth on your own.
This is a bit troublesome if, for example, I would wanted to make a "demon rabbit" or a sheep using a kobold head, but in this case covering the fangs with a "solid horseshoe" is easier XD You could add just a few sample teeth to the parts library.

Implemented.
You can already use custom parts for custom teeth. If you want to hide certain geometry in the head, you can use an Advanced > Fill target, removing color in the alpha channel for that area of the head.
Well, for example, in my project "Rockse" it looks like originals are still visible from between these from parts. It looks a bit
unsightly when you look at it from the close view : /

At first, I tried it on the body, was dissapointed it did not work, but as soon as I placed my testing radial gradient on the head, I was given a horrific surprise. So it works only on the head, hands and feet then.
