You can already use custom parts for custom teeth. If you want to hide certain geometry in the head, you can use an Advanced > Fill target, removing color in the alpha channel for that area of the head.

At first, I tried it on the body, was dissapointed it did not work, but as soon as I placed my testing radial gradient on the head, I was given a horrific surprise. So it works only on the head, hands and feet then.
