It would come in very handy to have filters for the Suggestion section here.

Checkboxes or a drop-down menu for all the different statuses a suggestion can be in like e.g. "will be implemented", "no respones yet" or "under review" would do the trick.

This way people can easily keep track on what is currently worked on and by adding the already existing "top" category to those new filters you can find out what is top voted in each category.

Also a bookmark system similar or equivalent to what we have on the character section could help when you want to engage more on a certain discussion or topic.
