Add delay to source driver

Currently, the Destination value matches the Source in real time. However, if the Destination value could follow the Source after a configurable delay, it would make the Source driver significantly more useful in showing causal relationships. It would allow benefits such as:

  • realistic reactions to physical stimuli (e.g. character X gasps after a spank)
  • expression mirroring (e.g. X smiles, so Y smiles back)
  • "springy" movement (rather than moving perfectly with the pelvis, dangling hands and feet lag behind it to simulate inertia)
  • fluid rhythmic movement (e.g. easily creating a simple swaying dance using two single-keyframe timelines, an LFO driver, and a delayed source driver)

I really like this idea!
