Autofellatio
If mouth coupling were to be added, how about making it so that male (Or futa) characters can have their shafts coupled with their own mouths to preform autofellatio, but only if their shafts are big enough to allow them to do so.

It's all fine. In general, oral interactions are indeed planned and will happen in the future.
While I can't 100% promise that auto-felatio will be doable, I will certainly bring this specific topic up once oral interactions will be developed.
