I think this was a thing in Yiffalicious, but basically - yes.
This would go absolutely crazy on equines, but really anybody in general. Make the anus pull or push on the penis depending on movement.

I've been thinking of this for a while and I guess that, due to how the dynamic system works compared to old yiffalicious, it might not be possible to implement it in the same fashion so I can't promise anything here.
