SET WAIT TIMESTAMP
A function is needed, in a good 60% of cases, that allows a node to remain in a certain wait position from second X to second Y without having to touch or rotate it again.
Hence my suggestion; pelvis, right foot, left hand,... etc. via right-click and/or hotkey in the character tab and set a new timestamp for the respective XYZ position in the timeline.
Ideally, I imagine it like this: you move the hand, Mouthpoint, LookPoint, to the desired position and fast-forward the timeline a few seconds and set/copy a second position for X seconds, in a simple wait position, before further movements follow. This would make animating (e.g. gestures) much easier, with the sliders this is no problem, pressing Enter twice is enough to hold a facial expression for X seconds.
The HOLD command is simply unsuitable for this, I would find a PAUSE function for x seconds for the timeline less intuitive.
OUTSOURCE TABS
A useful improvement would be if individual taps could be decoupled from the chars bar in order to be able to optimize your workspace even with only TWO characters, a lot of scrolling up and down (until your finger hurts).
I would like to mention the "SPINE", "SHOULDER" and "LOOKING" tabs in particular, very often I would rather have them next to each other instead of below each other.
And to decouple individual chars and dock them to the left edge or overlay tabs.
LOOKING AND LOOKPOINT INTERLOCK
A sensible improvement would be to link "Character/Looking" and "Lookpoint" directly with each other when a character is selected in the "Lookpoint" menu item, i.e. you would have all character/looking functions in the "Lookpoint" menu.
LOOKING FOLDER MODE NECK AND HEAD CONTROL
Personally, I would prefer to control the character's line of sight in general via "Lookpoint" and only define the "stiffness" of how far the "neck" and "head" are allowed to follow in the respective situation, which would improve eye control.
DIRECT NECK AND HEAD CONTROL
It would be even more desirable to have the same "node control" over "neck" and "head" as in pose mode - I would find this more intuitive than the "MouthPoint", which is somehow quite difficult to handle. What's more, it takes little account of the rest of the skeleton.
MOVE TIMELINE
The timeline can not only be closed, but also moved.
I have attached a picture for easier visual understanding.
