Freecam timeline event

Right now, if the viewer attempts to control the camera, the camera mode is immediately switched from "Timeline" to "None," and there is no way for the camera mode to automatically return to "Timeline."

I propose a timeline event which unlocks the camera and gives the viewer control of the camera while keeping the camera mode in "timeline" mode, and a timeline event which retakes control of the camera.

I'm not sure if that's the best solution. Maybe it would be better to have a checkbox in the step properties or something. But it seems like there should be a way to grant the viewer camera control and then take it back.
