make mouth an orifice
sure you can get creative with animations but come on you don't have to get creative with anal or vaginal I'm sure its not as easy as all that but still it would be a welcome change

The Devs have stated in the past that they plan to add a mouth to "Orifices" at some point.
While they haven't given any info on when that may be, they did recently do a ton of work on facial expressions and are updating heads about every release.
So, I guess stay hopeful?
