During step changes you can currently blend steps quite nicely together as long as they are roughly at the same point at last and first frame on two steps. The tricky bit is if you have steps where the last and first frame are very different, let's say you move an actor into a different room. Big movements like that will likely cause some amount of flailing of torso, arms, etc.
Currently there are two ways to deal with this, either to have a longer transition time between steps, or by hiding the flailing by moving the camera elsewhere (personal favourite).
I would however appreciate the possibility to not have to do those things and be able to toggle if the actor physics should be enabled or disabled during transitions so I could have a more accurate control of the actors position during snappy step changes.
