In Interaction and Character Builder, all properties have the "i" info icon before their name. Hovering your mouse over it will show a tooltip. However, most of these are blank. This makes it difficult to know where actual info is. Users (especially new ones) may give up using this feature altogether and miss out on helpful tooltips.

My request is to remove or hide the icon from any properties that don't have a written tooltip.
