Great concept, great execution. There's a lot to love here; from the unique eyes to the translucent wings and fins. Rather Elegant in her simplicity, Mina's C-01 permit alone merits an owo in my book.
As for critique, there's a few issues with the textures, which overall are well above par. The seams are pretty apparent at her arms, back, underside of her jaw, and a few other spots; and on the abdomen's ventral surface, it's quite noticeable; even going so far as to misaligned. While the current iteration is perfectly cromulent, addressing these issues would really make her sing.
