Cordair is a product of genetic engineering and dark magic. Known as 'The Inheritor', destined to become Suram's champion. His mother Sanyah, and father Brutan, were the best compatible couple to create such an awe inspiring being. But once Sanyah had birthed him, they desired to make him even greater. Through chaotic rituals and gene tampering, they created the highly intelligent, and ruthless champion Cordair.

Cordair does not speak, and has others act as his voice. Despite how intelligent and aware he is, he often acts more like a beast than a civilized being. Because of all the modifications however, Cordair has an insatiable desire for conquest, and an instinctual desire to breed. While attributed to positive qualities of Suram's greatness in him, it has become a bit of a distraction for the cult. Thus, they send him to worlds where he can face great threats, and reward him with slaves to breed.

Despite being an otherwise destructive force, Cordair has some semblance of self-awareness, and feels some semblance of conflict and struggles to retain some semblance of control for himself, desiring something more than just being a cosmic god's champion. This rare introspective nature is often considered an anomaly, but many do not question it.
