Zelithra Darkflame, the evil time manipulating witch.

I've created Zelithra as a DnD / RPG antagonist, I'd like to eventually create an interaction where a party of heros faces up against her.

As a time witch, she boasts a range of spells to either slow, or even stop her enemies. Her magical powers come from both her staff and crystal.

Unique spells:

Time Root: Zelithra channels for a short duration to create a magical circle on the floor, anyone caught in this circle is locked in place until the channel is broken, or a secret condition is met.

Ethereal shackles: While not in use, Zelithra carries these shackles around her own wrists but can magically transport them onto anyone else in sight, so long as she has access to her staff.

Outside of her signature spells, she can also cast a wide range of generic spells you'd come to expect from a master witch.

I'll soon create another character which is intended to be used as a summoned entity, for spells such as "Mage hand" and "Ethereal Phallus", which transfers all pleasure to the current user (Zelitrha can place this on either herself or others in sight.)
