Themberchaud
A fat, slovenly red dragon based off of the one featured in the DnD movie (though I believe he originates from a Drizzt book).
Comes with key shapes allowing his feet to flex and clench in interactions, and a couple of expressions to fit his modified face shape a bit better.
Frills and spikes are exposed to allow for adjustment in interactions as well, should key shapes/poses break their placement.
Feel free to leave feedback, suggestions, ETC. I have a few things I'd like to add/adjust, but wanted to get him out there to start using in interactions.

- Tongue by @Spyro-Dragon (Sluggy)
- Claws and shaft by @Ninjamurai (Kalameet)
- Ear frills and tail by @FurryVNE_Team (Ilinir)
- Back Frill by @???
- If you know who made the original model, please let me know so they can be properly credited.
Edited 11/01/2025:
- Adjusted shape keys to make him larger (more will need to be done for maximum bode, but for now, this will work.)
- Changed fingerclaws to use a gradient map (thank you for the gradient tip, @Ninjamurai)
- Changed toe claws to be appendages, and use a gradient map ala fingerclaws.
- Used freed draw calls to add additional brow spikes.
- Redid and added new screenshots.
- Added freckles.
- Removed unused assets.
- Added proper credit to asset-creators as known.
To-do:
- Find or create custom texture map for face spikes to allow appendage use. (saves on draw calls, allows for more to be placed with the same texture quality/gradient as current part-usage.)
- Modify shape keys to make him truly b o d e
- Create custom shaft, ears, tail, horns, and back frills. (learn blender, ez)

Pretty nice! Cool to see some assets I made being used, and on a character I had considered doing too at one point.
I definitely recommend making the toe claws also be appendages so they move with the toe expressions. You should still be able to add a gradient to them like I did on my newer Sergal characters.
Other than that, I guess I would recommend maybe adding some larger body key shapes for fun? Themberchaud is a big boy, so customizable shape/fatness could be cool, if you want. Nice first upload either way!
@Ninjamurai
Thank you for the feedback, and for reminding to do my due diligence and properly credit everyone. Your Kalameet model is sick, and I admire your modeling/custom offsets work overall.
I haven't been able to get my custom shaft models to work yet (Blender and exporting remains an enigma), but in the future I hope to update him with my own.
I will definitely have to make him larger in the future as well. I adjusted some built-in keys for now to make him a bit more plush in the meantime.
