Louise is a mid-thirties hyena and a tough businesswoman through and through.
She doesn’t take shit from anyone and knows exactly how things work and how to get ahead. Together with her partner and husband, Butch she built up and established the bar as the go-to location at the edge of RLD.

She knows a ton of people and being best friends with the talented engineer Widget surely has it's benefits.

Despite her tough exterior and her generally iron-fisted approach when dealing with her staff, she actually has plenty of soft spots as well. In truth, she sees her crew more like a family, and herself as the “big mama” of the place, playing the protector role and keeping watch over them.
She poured her heart into this business and wouldn’t want things go any other way since the day it came to life.

Her crew consist out of her barkeeper and business-partner Butch, her barmaid Zoey, her nephew Jake who she hired as a server right after he turned 21 and her latest addition to the team, Delaney who also desperately was looking for a job and happened to be at the right spot at the right time.
