I’d love to see tongues gain physics during interactions, rather than staying completely stiff.
It would also be great to have an option to stick the tongue out, with adjustable length and width. A poseable tongue skeleton or rig would make it possible to shape and position it freely—for example, curling, bending, or even rolling the tongue.
