This is the girl bringing the wind of change.
The Greek Dragoness is the one who managed to win the heart of the Lord of Wind, Cyrill Meltemi. Together the two have two daughters, Noelani and Fabienne.
Nephele is a brave woman, never backing down. She is a fierce fighter although she has little to no magic abilities. She is most protective about her daughters and trusts her husband with her life.
