R.O.B NUS 64 (and Great Fox)

He is the eye in the sky, the one who drives the big pot, always online, never sleeping.
R.O.B NUS 64 is the robot specially and only built and designed for running the Great Fox which Fox McCloud inherited from his father James McCloud after he passed away.
R.O.B's processor is directly connected to the one of the Great Fox, which allows the mother ship of the team to operate almost completely autonomously. R.O.B is also the observation and analysis robot, and assists the team by sending supplies or repairing damaged vehicles.
Team Star Fox is:
Fox McCloud, Krystal, Falco Lombardi, Peppy Hare, Slippy Toad, and Fara Phoenix

-Added a shape key on the body's core garment to properly enable/disable the shaft for SFW/NSFW content
-Added background and new poses/pictures

- Adjusted size and binding to be way better in functionality

Wow. Everything is pretty flawless in his movement when posing him around.
Investigating how exactly you applied all this, I noticed even the hands are a part of the cloth, and I knew that there would be a small hitch there. And yes!! I found a weakness! You cant pull the middle fingers apart without the mesh doing weird stretches!
Despite a small tiny mistake like that... This is a new record in FVNE I think. Even if he is improper for the app you did really good and showed me exactly the extent of how you can take things.

yes, I noticed the finger problem while posing yesterday as well, that's the

I wrote down in the description. Also when moving the head some of the chest mesh is following. That's not so nice. Well fix that today/tomorrow.
For having him here...yeah...I don't know. I hope I can leave him here or the work would be in vain but I already knew this in the first place when starting to create him and maybe I can do local animations with him at some point. The future is uncertain. Nevertheless it is one step closer to completing Star Fox Team.

I added a alpha layer mask on the entire body of a blank character to make it invisible, then I started to design all the pieces of his body in blender according to the blank character model. Some pieces like arms and legs are cloth to make it move along the limbs but the pelvis is a fixed object attached to the real characters pelvis to make it static.
I'll write down a few lines in the forum. It worked quite similar to the river robotic arm model I made. If you want to check out that it's over here:

How does Great Fox not add to the triangle count?

It does, but it is pretty low poly (roundabout 4000 tris) and I slightly decreased ROB's arm complexity so no one would notice to stuff her in ;)
Also: I am investigating a bug where the decals (Emblem and Star Fox letters) are shrinking down to no existence so don't wonder if you load the model and it doesn't look like on the screenshots...sorry for that!
